The New York Post just published this profile of Cardinals prospect Rob Kaminsky. Selected out of high school in the 1st round of the 2013 amateur draft, the 20-year-old southpaw dominated the Midwest League (A) in 2014, going 8-2 with a 1.88 ERA, strikout out 79 batters while walking 31, and holding opponents to a .194 batting average.
Kaminsky expects to begin the 2015 season with the Palm Beach Cardinals of the Florida State League (High-A).
