• Led all Pacific Coast League (AAA) batters with 33 HRs, 100 walks, 106 runs, and a .435 OBP

• Named to the Southern League’s (AA) 2013 All-Star game
• Ranked 35th in Baseball America’s Midseason Top 50 Prospects (2013)
• Was named the Southern League (AA) Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending 4/21/2013 after going 11-for-27 with two HRs, two doubles, 5 RBIs, seven runs, four walks, and three stolen bases
• Was named the Southern League (AA) Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending 8/18/2013 after hitting .435 (10-for-23) with 3 HRs, 8 RBIs, 5 doubles, 5 walks, and a .536 on-base percentage
• Named to Baseball America’s Southern League (AA) post-season All-Star team by Baseball America
• Named a 2013 minor-league All-Star, 1st Team; the team pulls from across all minor leagues

• Pederson’s mother, Shelly (Cahn) Pederson, descends from Jewish ancestors in France, Russia, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands (see 2017 article)
