- Nats prospect Richard Bleier (AA) pitched 8 shutout innings Wednesday (6/3/2015), yielding 7 hits and 1 walk. He was named Eastern League Pitcher of the Week for the week ending May 24 after a May 22 shutout. In that game, the 28-year-old lefty pitched 8 innings, giving up just 2 hits and a walk while striking out 7 ***
- D’backs prospect Zach Borenstein (AA) went 2-for-3 with a 3-run HR on Wednesday. The 24-year-old LF has been on fire since being sent down from Triple-A. He’s hitting .356 with 2 HRs and 15 RBIs in 87 at-bats and has a .993 OPS ***
